Hi everyone,I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving break! Here are the meeting minutes from yesterdays meeting:
Soar will help with Food for Finals week ( 12/14 - 12-17)
We will be in charge of Back to Childhood Night on Monday December 14th from 9pm - 11pm on the First floor of Maple East and Maple West. We will have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, peanut butter and fluff sandwiches, celery and peanut butter, chocolate milk and coloring pages.
The schedule for the rest of the week is as follows:
Tuesday (15th) : RHC Hotdogs and Rootbeer floats
Wednesday (16th): Peer Mentors Grilled Cheese
Thursday (17th) : CA's Chicken Tenders and Pancakes
Our fund raising ideas of selling Hot chocolate and coffee and the food drive have been moved to the Spring semester. We will discuss these ideas when we come back from break.
We have decided on a new meeting time for the Spring semester. The room will not change. The new meeting time will be Wednesdays at 8:00 pm on the Ground floor of Maple East in G60
Next Weeks meeting will be very short because of Finals week. See you all then!
