Meeting Minutes 9-22-10

Hi Everyone, Here's what we talked about at yesterdays meeting:

IUP Day went great, we had a bunch of people stop at the table and the weather was beautiful and sunny.

We started planning for Homecoming weekend on October 8th. There will be a trivia game night on October 8th from 10 until midnight at the Crimson Event Center (connected to Folger Dining Hall) afterward we talked about having music, games and karaoke. (If you have any other ideas, please bring them with you to next weeks meeting or email them to iupsoar@gmail.com. Then Saturday (Oct 8th) is Huddle in the Courtyard after the football game. It will be from 5 until 10 in the courtyard of Maple and Putt/Delany. There we be food, music, games and a water pong tournament. We were thinking of doing something after as well. Please come with ideas!

Sheetz coupons are in and will be given out at next weeks meeting. They are $4.00 and come in books of 10. We will have 60 days to sell them. Last year they were a great fundraiser success last year so, we hope for the same this year. If you can't make it to the meeting and would still like to sell some, please use the email above.

At next weeks meeting we will be having snacks and pizza so remember to bring a friend to the meeting. We will be playing some games and having fun!
