Meeting Minutes 10-13-10

Hi everyone, here are some of the things we talked about at yesterdays meeting:

We are making Moctails for a program by the CAs in Whitmeyer called the Dangers of Alcohol in the HUB Ohio Room. The event runs from 7pm - 10 pm and set up is at 6:30 pm. So, please stop by if you have signed up to help or please stop by to get something to drink and play some rootbeer pong.

We have started planning for Halloween. We discussed A halloween party with food and music. If you have any ideas please bring them to the next meeting or you can send us an email.

On October 23rd we are going to Reeger's Farm. We will meet in front of Folgers at noon. please bring a couple dollars if you would like to buy a pumpkin.

Please keep selling Sheetz coupons! The due date for money is coming up soon! After Thanksgiving break. If you need more booklets, you can pick them up when we meet on Wednesdays or send us an email if you can't make it to an upcoming meeting to pick them up.
