Meeting Minutes 2-2-11

Hi Everyone, I hope you all had relaxing winter breaks! Heres what we talked about at yesterdays meetintg:

We discussed possible CAAUD wish list items to give out at events, ect. Some ides included T-Shirts, Window decorations for the lobby, pens and notepads

On March 24th Soar will have a radio spot on a local radio station to discuss who we are and what we do.This will continue to be planned at future meetings.

We brainstormed ideas for a safe spring break program they included: joining whe Center for Health and Well Being, Alternative activity for students on campus the friday/saturday before break, having a table at folger

We also began planning for St. Patricks Day. We discussed having a table on the first floor to hand out snacks and water to keep people who might be going out to stop by and pick up some food and water to have something in their system and stay hydrated. We would also hand out flyers and cards with cab numbers on them.

For Valentines day we will be working with CA Amanda on the floor to plan and Anti-Valentines day party
