Meeting Minutes for 9-28 and 10-5

Hi everyone!

I'm combining the meeting minutes from 9/28 and 10/5 because we discussed the main events of homecoming and Halloween at both of these meetings.

Homecoming: We will be having a table set up in the Oak Grove on Saturday October 10th from 10 am until 1:30 pm to sell baked goods and hand out information. After the game we will be having hosting huddle in the Courtyard. Food, Music and baked goods left over from the bake sale will be available. This will be in the courtyard between Grant upper / lower and Maple east / west.

Halloween: We came up with some ideas that will be discussed at further meetings. They include: Scaryoake / Costume party, door decorating contest and Halls of Horror.

Also a note to those who have yet to pick up their t-shirts. please do so. you can contact Michele about when and where to pick them up. You can email her at QCQP@iup.edu

And lastly, we discussed nominating outstanding individuals on campus for the National Residence Hall Honorary Of the Months. This will be discussed at further meetings. For further information, please visit the NRHH website.
