Hi everyone, here are the meeting minutes from Monday:
There will be an RHA (Residence Hall Association) movie night on November 13 and 14 (Friday and Saturday) They will be showing The Hangover. Soar will have a table set up at the event to hand out information
There will be an Alcohol Awareness Program in Elkin Hall on Thursday November 16th at 9:00 pm
We will be selling Hot Cocoa and Coffee from Monday, November 30th through Friday, December 4th at various locations around campus. These locations have not been decided yet and will be discussed further at upcoming meetings
The dates for the food drive have been moved to December 12th & 13th and a list of donation spots will be posted after next weeks meeting
