Hi Everyone! Here are the meeting minutes from Mondays meeting.
Tomorrow is the Halloween party! If you would like to help set up, please meet on the ground floor of Maple West at 7 pm. The party starts at 8pm and ends at 10pm.
Halls of Horror will be held on Thursday, October 29th from 7pm to 10 pm in the Sutton Suites. If you would like to help set up, it begins at 3pm until 6:30 pm.
There will be an RHA (Residence Hall Association) movie night on November 13 and 14 (Friday and Saturday) They will be showing The Hangover. Soar will have a table set up at the event to hand out information. We will be talking more about this event at future meetings.
A food drive will be held on November 14th and 15th from 10am to 5pm at local businesses around the community. A list of these businesses will be available after next weeks meeting. This event will help out the Indiana County Community Action Program (ICCAP) to help those in need for the holidays. Soar is helping The Association of Management Information Systems (MIS) with this event.
Lastly, Congratulations Mike Walters on being elected Soar's new Treasurer!
